Goals and Objectives
Educational Goal:
- To practice managing a critical patient in a remote setting utilizing Real-Time Virtual Support (RTVS) resources.
Objectives (Medical and CRM):
- Practice the management of STEMI in a remote setting.
- Build relationships between nursing stations and RTVS Pathways.
- Improve telemedicine and SIM tele-facilitation skills of healthcare providers doing virtual medicine.
- Consider logistical challenges in transferring patients from remote northern communities in the winter.

A couple of thoughts: 1. Did not see where ASA 160mg given 2. Would a 15 lead (iftechnically possible) be helpful 3. Morphine might also drop BP (preload) and Fentanyl might be less impactful on BP (learned this from our STARS friends)
