30-year-old male brought by a friend who found him dizzy and confused. Initially, the differential is broad. He is bradycardica and hypotensive. Eventually, collateral information is provided about possible overdose from B-blockers is provided.

  • Approach to an altered LOC patient.

Objectives (Medical and CRM):

  • Recognition of B blocker toxicity.
  • Review ECG/POCUS findings in b blocker toxicity.
  • Management of B blocker toxicity.
