Bio
Dr. Floyd Besserer is a graduate of the UBC Northern Medical Program. He completed his RCPSC residency in Emergency Medicine at the University of Saskatchewan. During residency, he also completed a master in Disaster Medicine and an Advanced Care Paramedic diploma. Floyd is a BCEHS Medical Consultant and is a licensed Critical Care Paramedic. He is an emergency medicine physician and Trauma Team Leader at the University Hospital of Northern BC and holds a joint academic appointment with UBC and UNBC.
