The information sheets are currently undergoing revisions to incorporate Patient Partner feedback.
This link to the provincial home buprenorphine induction handout Andrew put the link to is another option often used in clinics - you need to put the doses in and be clear what to do after the first day. Different options depending on what fits your practice. There are other instruction sheet online you can find with a search also. Providing buprenorphine to patients with opioid use disorder in the ED is within ED physicians scope and an easy skill that can make a huge positive impact on someone's life. Highly recommend this brief learninghb course that is available for anyone to do. https://learninghub.phsa.ca/Courses/20551/buprenorphine-naloxone-suboxone
